The Feeling
For someone who wants a happy little companion who always finds her way back to you.
Wren has this beautiful balance of independence and connection. She loves to play, explore, and enjoy what’s happening around her — but when she’s finished, she comes right back to her people. More than once, she has crawled straight into my arms when she was ready to settle.
What I’ve Learned About Wren
Wren is cheerful, affectionate, and naturally social. She isn’t the puppy who needs to be carried through every new experience, but she also doesn’t forget about you while she’s exploring. She enjoys being part of the fun and then settles beautifully when the excitement is over.
She has an easy, happy quality about her that makes her very enjoyable to live with.
Who I Think She’ll Be Best For
I can picture Wren with someone who wants their dog to genuinely be part of everyday life — walks, errands, weekends away, time at home, and plenty of snuggling in between.
She would be especially lovely for a family wanting a puppy who is playful without feeling overwhelming and affectionate without being overly dependent.
What Connection Looks Like With Wren
Wren's connection isn't about constantly asking for attention. She checks in, participates, and then comes back when she's ready to be close.
That little crawl into your arms after she's finished playing probably tells you more about her than anything else I could write.
What We’re Working On
Wren has been raised through our Cedar Start foundations, with early exposure to crate time, grooming, handling, new experiences, settling, and learning how to connect with people.
Our goal isn’t to create a perfectly trained eight-week-old puppy. It’s to give her a thoughtful beginning so her new family has something solid to build on.

The Feeling
For the family who wants a thoughtful little best friend.
Cove has always been one of those puppies who makes you pay attention. He is playful and curious, but he doesn’t feel the need to rush headfirst into everything. He likes to look, think, and understand — and then he joins in.
What I’ve Learned About Cove
Cove is people-oriented, playful, and very engaged with toys and his environment. He has a thoughtful side, though, and will sometimes take an extra moment with something new before deciding that he’s comfortable.
Once he understands what’s happening, you get to see his fun, affectionate personality come forward.
Who I Think He’ll Be Best For
I think Cove will thrive with someone who appreciates a puppy with a little thoughtfulness to him.
He would be a beautiful match for a person or family who wants a dog they can build a strong relationship with — someone who will give him guidance when he needs it but also encourage his curiosity and confidence.
What Connection Looks Like With Cove
Cove pays attention to his people.
He enjoys playing and exploring, but there is a very sweet quality to the way he checks back in and looks for reassurance or direction. That gives you a really lovely foundation for building trust with him.

Cove has been learning through our Cedar Start foundations, including crate exposure, grooming and handling, novelty, settling, and early connection work.
With Cove, continuing to build positive experiences and confidence will be especially valuable as he grows.
