Terms of Purchase

Welcome to Cedar Doodles @ the CRR Goldendoodle Puppy Purchase Agreement. By reserving or purchasing a Goldendoodle puppy from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation or purchase.
Reservation and Payment
Reservation: To reserve a Goldendoodle puppy, a non-refundable reservation fee 10% of total purchase cost is required. This fee secures your spot on the waiting list and is deducted from the total purchase price
Total Purchase Price: The total purchase price for the Goldendoodle puppy is $2000, unless credit is applied from breeder. This price includes the puppy, initial vaccinations, a health guarantee (see below), and any additional agreed-upon services.
Payment: The remaining balance of the purchase price is due upon selection of a specific puppy and before the puppy's release to its new home. Payment can be made through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash, or Credit Card ( Credit card payments subject to 3% transaction fee)
Health Guarantee
Health Certification: All puppies will have received their first core 6 week vaccination and will be checked by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving our care. A health certificate from breeders vet will be provided to ensure your puppy's good health.
Health Guarantee: We provide a 365 day health guarantee from the date of puppy pickup. This guarantee covers genetic health issues that may arise. You must have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 3 days of receiving the puppy for the guarantee to be valid.
Breeder's Rights: If a genetic health issue is confirmed within the guarantee period, we will offer a replacement puppy of comparable value when available. We reserve the right to request medical records and have our veterinarian confirm the issue.
Puppy Care and Ownership
Care and Housing: As the owner of the puppy, you agree to provide a safe, loving, and appropriate living environment. The puppy should be provided with proper nutrition, exercise, and medical care.
Spaying/Neutering: Puppies are sold to pet homes only, no breeding rights. Puppies will need to be spayed or neutered at age appropriate age, as decided upon with your vet. Proof of spaying or neutering will need to be sent to breeder. Any person /party who disregards spaying and or neutering their puppy , will be subject to a fine of $2000/puppy produced.
Return Policy: If for any reason you are unable to care for the puppy we will do our best to assist in rehoming the puppy. As we are a small in home breeder we do not always have room to board and care for a puppy in need of rehoming. We will do our best to assist in rehoming the puppy. We do not offer refunds.
Communication and Updates
Communication: We will keep you updated on the puppy's development, health, and availability. Regular communication helps ensure a smooth transition for both you and the puppy.Updates: We request updates and photos of the puppy's growth and well-being for our records.
